Okay, so this is going to be a really weird post for me because it will be my first bulleted post. Here goes:
--My laptop died its final death last week. I am getting a new one as soon as my tax return...um...returns. It will most likely have Windows Vista on it. I am underwhelmed.
--I burned my corneas last week. How, you ask? Fancy French hand lotion. Needless to say, said handlotion is now in the round file. However, I did contact the company and they are saying "We're So Sorry" by sending me a free bottle of massage lotion. Which I will KEEP AWAY FROM THE EYES LEST THEY BURN! OH, THE BURNING!
--I finally got done with the damnable Bookfair crapfest only to find out that we a) didn't make enough money to start the program and b) probably actually lost money with the amount of extra work (i.e. salary) I put into this project. The good news? The wench who came up with the project in the first place was fired! Ha HA! Take that!
--My gf, who got approximately 2 hours of sleep last night, is on her way here finally, following her father who is driving a Penske containing all of her worldly goods. If you get a few seconds over the next few days, will you please send her wakeful and energetic thoughts? Traveling that far on no sleep will be tortuous, I'm sure.
--Work is so BUSY right now! I thought February was bad but March is shaping up to be even worse. I am almost to the point where I would start to make lame jokes about needing a clone of myself. That's a bad place to be.
--School! Oh, don't get me started! The short story of this debacle is a) I dropped my English class because they forgot to tell me I didn't need to take English because I had the requisite transfer credits from my last degree; b) I am passing Anatomy/Physiology I with an A, currently; and c) Intro to Soc is the most ridiculous class to require of future nurses. Ugh.
--Jeri Ryan had her daughter, Gisele, on Sunday, March 2nd. 7lbs, 13oz. Mother and baby are said to be healthy and happy! Yay!
Okay...
Going back to work now. If you wish me to elaborate on any of the above, let me know.
Twoodles!
