It worked!
So, the song Shay sent worked but I had to stop writing (in the middle of a sentence) because I forgot I had a doctor's appointment today. So I had to sleep at least a couple of hours. But I'm back now and the doctor said that even though I sprained my amumblesomethingmedicalsounding-cular joint (a joint where the shoulder blade meets the clavicle), he expects me to make a full recovery in about 4 to 6 weeks. He also said that the injury I have is most associated with "people who go over the handlebars of their bikes or people who fall off mountains". He was a little surprised about the manner in which I injured myself--which was falling backwards down a brick stairway.

Yep, that's me. Defying all the odds, no matter how obscure. ;)

So now that I'm back, it's time for me to get back to work on the sequel to "The Eyes Have It". I can do that. ;)

One day I'll have to do an org chart of Lesbian Love Goddesses. Especially since Diane Neal has just taken her rightful place in the second tier, an elite trio of women who are the handmaidens to The Goddess Herself, tier one. *sexy growl* You are all aware that Diane Neal plays a vampire in Dracula III, right? It was a flash in the trailer of that film that raised her from near obscurity to tier two.

I am a sucker for vampiregirls. Pun not originally intended, but damn funny anyway.

Hmmmm....

DiNovia's Latest Wants

1. SVU seasons 5 and 6 on DVD.
2. Anything Diane Neal.
3. Dracula I, II, and III on DVD.
4. My own vampire teeth, the good kind, the ones that dentists have to fit.
5. A C/O vid to the song "The Reason".

Hmmmm....

I am sensing a definite theme.

Oh well. *sweet sheepish smile* We all have our little obsessions.

Toodleboodle-ee-o!

Wow, falling backwards down a brick stairway definitely does *not* sound like fun! O_O!
Glad it sounds like you'll be okay in a few weeks, though. ^_^

Yeah, it wasn't too much fun. But apparently it was funny to watch for the people who witnessed it. Which is a comforting sound as you are lying at the bottom of a brick stairway: the laughter of your family.

;)

Thanks for your well wishes!

*laughs* Gosh, terribly comforting! Hopefully they knew you were okay before they started laughing. ^_^
